Notices for 10th January 2021 - First Sunday of Epiphany The Baptism of Christ
Notices for Sunday January 10th 2021 Services in church and online You will be aware that the government has said that we can continue services in church. Given the rising case numbers, we were surprised at this but we think it reflects the high safety standards in our churches and that they have not been known places where the virus has spread. So after some discussion, we will continue having the 10am service in church, especially for those who don’t have the technology to watch on the internet. However, as the new variant is more infectious we will only use one in three pews instead of one in two. If you can watch at home, we encourage you to do so, but if you want to come to church, and believe it is safe for you, you would be most welcome. We remind you that we are not meant to have significant socialising after the services, and please socially distance, wear a mask and sanitise. We have high hopes that the vaccine will be distributed to all the top four priorities within weeks! You can watch the videos for all the churches when they “premier”, or later for your convenience by clicking on this link: Church open for private prayer Coffee after the Sunday services – 11am by Zoom: Readings and Collect Heavenly Father, Funerals Daily Prayers on line have now resumed. Sue Murphy previously Sanford – many of you will know that Sue has reverted to her maiden name, but she has asked us to include this in the notices for your information.
